Strength is often misunderstood.

But endurance and steadiness are not the same thing.
You can endure for a long time while your internal regulation quietly erodes.

Is this actually mine to carry?
Am I helping — or preventing someone else from growing?
What would happen if I responded instead of rescued?

Just awareness.
