La Tanya D. Walker is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Christian Counselor who specializes in supporting women in leadership and other high-impact professional roles. Her work blends clinical excellence with values-based, faith-aligned care, helping women navigate emotional fatigue, identity shifts, burnout, grief, anxiety, and the pressures that often accompany responsibility and influence.

She brings nearly a decade of counseling experience and more than two decades as a business owner, mentor, and ministry leader. Her professional and personal background allows her to connect deeply with women who carry responsibility, vision, and weight, women who are relied upon, but rarely have safe spaces to rest, feel, process, and breathe.
