Our care begins with a 90-minute comprehensive assessment designed to understand how you carry your life, not just what’s bothering you right now.
No membership is required to begin.
Unlike typical first sessions, this extended session allows space to address your concerns without rushing or pressure. We look beyond symptoms to understand how you function under pressure, manage responsibility, and sustain yourself through demanding seasons.
This gives us a clearer picture of what’s shaping your mental and emotional load so support can move forward with intention instead of guesswork.

At the end of your assessment, we develop a Personalized Care Roadmap outlining recommended session rhythm, focus areas, and treatment priorities. Your roadmap also includes practical regulation and recovery strategies you can use between sessions, so progress continues beyond our time together.
