MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
for High-Performing Women Who Lead
Supporting high-performing women who lead, support, and show up for others — even when no one is showing up for you.
We work with women navigating stress, anxiety, emotional fatigue, impostor syndrome, and the sustained weight of responsibility. Even the most capable leaders can reach a point where carrying everything alone is no longer sustainable. Our work creates space to process, stabilize, and rebuild the internal capacity needed to lead, work, and live from a healthier, more supported place.

Counseling Services

Christian Counseling
Christian counseling offers a unique blend of psychological support and spiritual guidance, integrating faith-based principles with therapeutic techniques to help individuals address mental health issues while nurturing their spiritual well-being. This approach provides a safe environment for exploring personal struggles within the framework of Christian beliefs, fostering healing, inner peace, and a sense of purpose aligned with one's faith.
Traditional Counseling
Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for depression & anxiety, relationship conflicts, stress at work or home, lack of clarity and direction in life, grieving loss of people, places and things, or low self-esteem and confidence. Sessions can be scheduled in-person or counseling.

Virtual Check-In
Current Clients Only
Feeling the stressors of the week and need to process unresolved feelings you’ve experienced? A 15-minute wellness check-in can provide support between your longer sessions. You can expect to leave your session feeling refreshed, more secure and confident in your abilities to take on life.

Session Add-Ons
Some seasons call for a little more focused support. In addition to your regular counseling work, we may gently focus on areas such as:
Burnout Recovery
When you’ve been carrying too much for too long, we slow the pace and focus on restoring your energy, recovery rhythms, and emotional reserves so life stops feeling like survival mode.
Nervous System Regulation
When your system feels constantly “on edge” or overwhelmed, we use grounding and regulation tools to help your body settle, reduce emotional overload, and strengthen your ability to respond rather than react.
