Position Type: Internship (Unpaid, College Credit Eligible)
Location: Remote
Hours: ~10 hours per week
Possible Part‑Time Hire: Successful interns may be considered for a part‑time role after completion.
 

At Authentic Perspectives Counseling & Coaching, LLC, we are dedicated to providing faith-based counseling, leadership coaching, and mental wellness support for high-performing women in ministry, business, and leadership. We believe in investing in emerging talent by providing real-world experience in a growing coaching and counseling business.  Mentorship from a 25 year business owner, experienced counselor, coach, and ministry leader.

You’ll wear two hats: one in marketing and one in operations. On the marketing side, you’ll help tell our story across platforms, craft content, and engage audiences. On the operations side, you’ll support core business workflows that keep everything running smoothly, client onboarding, scheduling, project management, and research. This dual role gives you a rare cross‑functional experience.

Responsibilities

​

• Manage content creation and posting for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Develop engaging social media posts, captions, and storytelling content.

• Write and edit content for newsletters, blog posts, and email marketing.

• Research and implement SEO and social media trends for optimized engagement.

• Assist in creating short-form video content, reels, and marketing graphics.

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions.

•  Track social media analytics to improve audience reach and engagement.

• Assist in paid ad campaigns for coaching programs and digital products.

• Support content creation for online courses, including promotional materials.

 

Our Ideal Candidate​

​

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in either digital marketing or administrative/business operations preferred.

• High proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, and project‑management tools (Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).

• Experience with design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut) and strong writing skills for blogs, emails, and captions.

• Passion for faith‑based work, mental‑wellness mission, and brand‑building.

• Strong organizational, time‑management skills, self‑starter mindset, ability to work independently.

We are now offering internship positions, 10 hours per week.  The position is hybrid remote and offers is eligible for college credit  Monthly benefits stipend and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
