Overview

Strong & Steady™ is a 6-week virtual group for Christian women in leadership who carry substantial responsibility in their homes, churches, families, and professional environments—and are beginning to feel the emotional and physical cost of always being the dependable one.

These women are not unraveling. They are overloaded. The constant decision-making, emotional labor, visibility, and unseen expectations create chronic stress that often shows up as anxiety, leadership fatigue, imposter thoughts, burnout, or quiet discouragement.
