Meet Your Facilitator
La Tanya D. Walker, M.Ed., MHCI
La Tanya D. Walker, is a registered mental health counselor intern, and emotional wellness facilitator who works with women navigating stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and the pressure of carrying significant responsibility across leadership, caregiving, ministry, and professional spaces.
Her approach combines emotional wellness support, psychoeducation, practical coping tools, and guided reflection within a supportive and grounded environment designed to help women move from survival mode toward greater steadiness and emotional clarity.
