• Understand how stress affects their body and behavior

• Develop emotional regulation skills they can use immediately

• Identify and reduce over-functioning patterns

• Strengthen boundary-setting capacity

• Decrease anxiety linked to leadership strain

• Build sustainable rhythms that prevent burnout

Confidential Conversations: Unfiltered is a 6-week virtual group for Christian women in leadership who appear strong on the outside but carry internal pressure they rarely voice.

This structured, faith-integrated space helps women identify emotional strain, recognize patterns of over-functioning, and distinguish between healthy responsibility and absorbing what was never theirs to carry. Through guided discussion and practical tools, participants build clarity, interrupt silent cycles, and strengthen their internal voice.

It’s about awareness, skill, and real change.
