About Authentic Perspectives Counseling

Authentic Perspectives Counseling is a professional counseling practice that supports women navigating leadership, professional responsibility, and demanding life seasons.  The practice integrates evidence-based mental health care with practical strategies that help clients sustain emotional steadiness, clarity, and capacity while managing complex responsibilities.  We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support brand visibility, content development, and digital communication efforts as the practice continues to grow.

This role is ideal for a student or emerging professional who wants hands-on experience in content marketing, digital brand support, and communications within a mental health practice.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content planning and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

• Help create digital marketing materials such as flyers, event promotions, and branded resources

• Support blog content formatting, email communication drafts, and light website content updates

• Track basic engagement metrics across marketing platforms

• Assist with content organization and marketing workflows

• Support visibility efforts for workshops, groups, and special events

 

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks remotely

• Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms preferred

• Interest in mental health, wellness, or service-based business marketing strongly preferred

Compensation

This internship is designed primarily for educational and professional development purposes and may be eligible for academic credit depending on university requirements.

Mileage reimbursement is not applicable for this role. Any stipend or future paid opportunity will be based on performance, business needs, and internship structure.
